We treat all tenant application data, including Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as Social Security numbers and bank routing details, with the highest level of cryptographic security. Such data is used exclusively for screening, lease execution, and rent processing.

3. Client Financial Data

For consulting and advisory clients, operational and financial data shared with our analysts is strictly siloed. We do not aggregate or sell CAPEX, OPEX, or yield data to third-party market makers. All acquisitions analysis is kept strictly confidential under NDA.

4. Third-Party Disclosures

We may disclose necessary operational data to authorized third parties, such as maintenance vendors, legal counsel during eviction proceedings, and payment gateways utilized for rent collection portals.

We retain tenant records and lease abstractions for the duration mandated by federal and state real estate commission regulations. Upon expiration of the required term, physical documents are securely shredded and digital records are permanently wiped.
